BIO
Kyle Forges is a commercial litigator with experience handling business and financial disputes in both state and federal court. His practice focuses on guiding matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and settlement negotiations. He has worked on a range of commercial matters involving contract disputes, commercial lending relationships, insolvency litigation, and business tort claims. He approaches each case with an emphasis on strategy, clarity, and practical outcomes for clients.

Prior to entering private practice, Kyle served as a Miami-Dade Assistant Public Defender, where he gained significant courtroom experience and developed strong oral advocacy skills through trials, evidentiary hearings, and contested motions. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was recognized for excellence in advocacy and appellate work. Kyle brings a disciplined, client-focused approach to his litigation practice, combining hands-on courtroom experience with careful legal analysis and a continued commitment to professional growth.
