James began his legal career interning for the Director of Court Operations of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. He assisted the Clerk of Court in adopting and revising procedure, conducting legal research and drafting memorandums for the Appellate Division. James went on to practice litigation dealing with personal injury, premise liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, first-party property, and commercial actions in state and federal court. James now handles commercial contract disputes and focuses on debt restructuring. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
