BIO
Mr. Beinhorn is a seasoned and trusted litigator specializing in commercial matters, with extensive experience in both state and federal courts. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College and obtained his Juris Doctorate Degree from Fordham University School of Law, which he attended on a merit scholarship. During his time at Fordham, he achieved Dean's List recognition and was honored with the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.

Starting his professional journey as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Leon Ruchelsman at the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County, Mr. Beinhorn gained invaluable insights into the litigation practice and procedure. Additionally, his subsequent role as a mediator for the Small Claims Court in Queens, New York, provided him with further experience in dispute resolution. With this diverse background, Mr. Beinhorn joined a boutique law firm based in Newark, New Jersey out of law school where he represented clients on various litigation matters.  Subsequently, Mr. Beinhorn worked at another Long Island based firm as a commercial litigator leading, and assisting on, a myriad of commercial litigations before joining the firm.
